Flow Scale

The flow scale is used to weigh different

products in the flour mill. By measuring the

products, the extraction rate and milling

capacity can be calculated. This information

can be viewed on the machine or on the

central computer. Hourly, daily, and

weekly reports and charts are available.

There are pneumatic gates at the top and

bottom of the machine. At first, the top one

opens and the product starts filling the machine. The

load cells weigh the product, and upon reaching the

set weight, the top gate closes and the bottom

gate opens to discharge the product.
