Weight Feeder

The Weight Feeder is used under wheat silos for precise blending of different raw materials and also stabilizes capacity. This system allows the user to control production quality and efficiency. The impact plate inside the machine calculates the flow rate and adjusts the pneumatic gate accordingly. Blend values can be viewed and modified on the machine, as well as in the computerized control system. These values can be entered as kg/hour or as percentages. With a maximum capacity of 1000 tons per hour, the flow balancer requires 6 bar of air pressure.
