Oscillating Screen

The grain separator is used to separate small and large materials (paper, straw, corn cobs, soil, etc.) from the grain. The product is evenly distributed on the screens by the adjustment gate at the grain inlet, as well as by the distribution devices on the screens. The machine consists of an oscillating body installed inside a chassis. This oscillation is achieved using an eccentric mechanism. The oscillating body is connected to the chassis by fiberglass rods. There is a suction duct at the product inlet and outlet points, and it must be connected to the aspiration system.
