Vibrating Screen

The Vibrating Screen is used to separate small and large materials (paper, straw, soil, etc.) from the grain. The product is evenly distributed on the screens by the adjustment gate at the grain inlet and also by the distribution devices on the screens. The machine consists of a vibrating body installed on a stable chassis. It is driven by two symmetrical vibration motors. The machine's vibration level is adjusted by changing the tilt and adjusting the motor counterweights. Rubber vibration dampers are used to isolate external vibration. There is suction at the product inlet to prevent dust. There are two layers of screens in the grain separator. While the first layer separates particles larger than the grain, the second layer separates smaller particles. The grain separator must be used with an air duct or radial aspirator. This way, light particles are also removed.
