Hydraulic 2-Shaft Shredder (Series 4000) Heavy Duty

The main feature of the hydraulic shredder is the application of controlled, intense force generated by a hydraulic system, which allows the equipment to work with high-resistance materials, providing more effective shredding with less mechanical effort. The hydraulic system offers precise control over blade pressure and movement, ensuring an optimized shredding process adaptable to different types of materials.

 

This Shredder shown in the image contains 4 gearboxes with hydraulic motors, with power ranging from 440kW to 600kW. Cutting area of 2,040mm x 1,630mm, with blades ranging from 75mm to 200mm in thickness.
